It is important to make sure that the Limelight mobile app is set up and tested before your first Live Marketing event. Installation is free from the App Store and the app only needs to be downloaded once in order to work with multiple logins.
Downloading and Logging In
To set up the Limelight app, you need to have an Apple iPad or iPhone and access to the App Store.
To download the app, follow the steps below:
- Go into the Apple App Store. In the search bar type “Limelight Platform.”
- Select the Limelight – Live Marketing app and click on the download icon.
- Once the app has been downloaded, click Open, and you will be taken to the Limelight Platform App.
- If you are entering the app for the first time you should see a login screen. Enter the login credentials provided to you to access an app. If you’re not sure what these are, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once inside the app, you should now be able to see project apps accessible by your account. Tap the appropriate project account and the app should now be displayed on the iPad, ready to be used.
