The data collected by project websites, apps, and/or communications can be manipulated in many ways to show the exact information you are looking for.
Filter by the form used to collect a user’s information. Click the Form dropdown and select the appropriate data collection form that you previously created whether it be for Website or App.
Search for specific users or a piece of information by typing in to the database search bar. This will show only exact results to your search criteria.
Choose to display only the columns relevant to your search. Click Select Columns and deselect any columns that you wish to hide. This will temporarily hide columns until they are clicked again or the page is refreshed.
Click Filter Data to search within a specific column. Type your search criteria into the open field that appears above the columns.
