A paragraph field is used to have the user answer a longer question with sentences. The field is larger and offers multiple rows for answers compared to the text field.

After naming the form field, select the Radio Button. The most important fields to fill out are:

• Column Span: The width that the field will span. The columns ranging from 1-4 columns, with 4 columns spanning 100% of the iPad’s width. A typical paragraph field will be 4 columns wide.
• Field Label Content: What the user will see as the question asked.
• Mandatory: Decide whether the form field is mandatory for the user to answer to proceed.
