The photo field is for taking pictures at the event. The photo field can record pictures for driver’s license scanning, photo marketing, and more. It involves using either the front or back camera of the iPad.

Once in the photo field menu, you will have a series of fields to fill in. The most important ones are:

• Column Span: The width that the field will span. The columns ranging from 1-4 columns, with 4 columns spanning 100% of the iPad’s width. A typical photo field will be 2 columns wide.
• Field Label Content: A label for what the button. Examples are: License Scanning, Take a Photo.
• Mandatory: Decide whether the form field is mandatory for the user to answer to proceed.
• Button Background Image: This will allow for a custom button for the user to press onto to activate the photo field. This is an optional field.
• Overlay Image: This is the selection for an image that will go on top of your photo that the camera will take. This is an optional field.
• Button Background Colour: If a custom button is not needed, you can select a background colour for the photo field button. Colours must be inputted in a HEX Code format.
