If you are not able to log into the app please follow this step-by-step process:
- Ensure the latest version of the app is installed on your iPad
- Confirm that your username and password is correct
- Review the email or training document sent by your Client Services Associate or set up by the Client Administrator
- Delete any extra spaces after username or password
- A space or any odd character before or after a username will cause issues logging in.
- Ensure user permissions for the account has the “App” user role. Client Admin Required
- Log on to the platform and go to the Users page. Search the user to ensure it is set up properly.
- App user is selected
- Correct project is selected
- Ensure you have a strong connection to the internet
- Check to make sure that you have a strong Internet connection. Go into your web browser and search for a webpage to ensure it is working, or try Speedtest.net
If you are still unable to log into your app, please contact your Limelight client admin to re-set your password.
