If there are differences between the canvas and app, follow the troubleshooting list below:

1. Sync
Make sure the app is synced form the Limelight app home screen

2. Size and Orientation:
Confirm that you're viewing your app in the dimensions it was built for (Landscape vs Portrait)

3. Limelight App Version:
Confirm that you have the latest Limelight app version by:
     a. Visiting the App Store, search for "Limelight - Live Marketing" App. 
     b. Tapping the "Update" button, if required

4. iOS Version: Confirm that you have the latest iOS version by:
     a. Going to your iPad Settings
     b. Tapping "General"
     c. Tapping "Download and Install if required
*iOS 11 and below may experience a toolbar, background or button shift due to a change Apple made in regards to the height of a toolbar

5. Standard View: If using an iPad Pro, confirm that Zoom setting is off by:
     a. Going to your iPad Settings
     b. Tapping "Display & Brightness"
     c. Setting "View" to "Standard"
