If you haven't set a delay, there may be several reasons why you may not have received your triggered email.
Give it about 2-3 minutes to get to your inbox. If this still doesn't work then...
- The wrong email address was entered.
- The triggered email went to your spam or junk folder.
- There is no internet connection to receive the email.
If the email still hasn't been received, a new email may be sent to the attendee.
