A password can be reset by the User or by a Client Administrator.


Password Reset – Users

On the Dashboard:

1. Click on Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email associated with your Limelight account.
3. Check your inbox and follow the prompts


    

Password Reset – Admin

Administrators have the option of manually updating a password for a user or sending a reset password email.  Click into a user profile to access the password management options.

Option 1: Reset Manually

Click  Reset Password and enter a new password for the user.

Option 2: Send a Reset Password Email

Click Send Reset Password Email and the user will receive the message within 5-10 minutes
