How To Clone A Project

Cloning, or duplicating a project is beneficial when you have multiple projects within the same campaign. It enables you to have an exact replica of a previous project so that you don’t have to re-upload assets or generic copy. Every aspect of a project, including website, applications, triggered/scheduled emails and sessions will be duplicated into your new project. You can then enter your new project and edit the copy or creative accordingly.

To clone a project, please follow these steps:

From your Dashboard, find the project you would like to clone.
Click on the 3 dots on the upper right corner (beside the "Overview" dropdown)
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to name your new project and place it in a new or existing brand and/or Program.
Click the Next button to begin the cloning process.
Your browser will automatically redirect to the Canvas of your newly cloned project.
